The Mission Inn, in San Francisco’s Outer Mission neighborhood, has undergone transformations to provide permanent supportive housing for formerly homeless individuals. The City of San Francisco acquired the 52-room Mission Inn, formerly a motel, with the intention of converting it into housing for transitional-age youth.
